Oban Odor Neutralizer has been approved for use by the New Jersey D.E.P.E. and is accepted by the United States Department of Agriculture as a class C-1 product.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services Laboratory Division has concluded Oban does counteract malodors. Panel members said they were surprised how well the product worked. (Reference #31309).
